How we handle your information

Rate Reprice is a product of Tamburello Home Loans LLC ("we", "us"). We operate Rate Reprice at ratereprice.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Waitlist signup: your email address, your approximate IP address, and the user-agent string from your browser. We use these to contact you when your cohort opens and to prevent duplicate or abusive signups.
Account (when we launch): your email address, mobile phone number, NMLS license number, and a text signature you provide for drafted borrower messages.
Product telemetry: the alerts we send you, the market data we ingest to score reprice probability, and your interactions with the dashboard.
We do not collect borrower personally identifiable information. The drafted texts we generate are templates — you decide which borrowers to send them to and send them from your own phone or email.
How we use it
To deliver the service: send SMS alerts you asked for, run the scoring engine, and show you your dashboard. To reach out about product updates, launch timelines, and founding-member pricing. To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments:
- Supabase — database and backend
- Clerk — account authentication
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Anthropic — AI models for scoring and drafting
- Vercel — application hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge network
We never sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ben@applywithtambo.com.
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA. Alabama residents have the rights described above; we honor equivalent requests regardless of state.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until launch. Account records are kept while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies — authentication cookies set by Clerk when you sign in, and essential session cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
