SMS messaging terms

Rate Reprice (operated by Tamburello Home Loans LLC, Birmingham, AL) sends SMS alerts to opted-in account holders. Messages are delivered via Twilio from a dedicated toll-free number.

Transactional alerts triggered by U.S. bond market conditions — no marketing, no fundraising, no cross-sell. Each message contains a reprice probability score, a one-line explanation of the market catalyst, and a drafted borrower text you can copy and forward.

A typical message looks like this:

Rate Reprice alert — Reprice risk HIGH (72/100, rates UP).
Catalyst: 10Y Treasury up 8.2 bps; MBS ETF down 0.34% on hot CPI.

Draft for floating borrowers:
"Quick heads up — CPI came in hotter than expected this morning and the bond market is pricing in fewer Fed cuts. Expect lender reprices within the hour. If you're floating, I'd recommend we lock today. Call me. — Ben"

Variable, bounded. Messages only send when the reprice probability score crosses your configured threshold during U.S. market hours (9:30am–4:00pm ET, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Typical load: 0–10 messages per market day. You can tune the threshold higher to reduce volume.

On ratereprice.com/signup, you provide your email address, U.S. mobile phone number, and NMLS license number. You must explicitly check a consent box confirming:

"I agree to receive transactional SMS alerts from Rate Reprice at the phone number provided. Alert frequency varies by market activity — expected 0–10 messages per U.S. market day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms."

The box is unchecked by default. The form cannot be submitted without it. We record the consent event with timestamp, IP address, and user-agent.

Reply STOP(or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You'll receive one confirmation reply and we'll stop sending. You can also remove your phone number or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Rate Reprice does not charge you for receiving SMS. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most smaller U.S. carriers. Rate Reprice is not liable for messages delayed or dropped by your carrier.
